Welcome to the So Many Kids in the Kitchen Page!

So Many Kids in the Kitchen is a new show that started in August and features my 3 children, Ava (12yrs), Ella (9 yrs), and Nora (4yrs), along with their friends Anu, Mia, and Max. So Many Kids stemmed off from their parents’ group, So Many Cooks in the Kitchen, which is a group of Food for Life instructors who have created a rapid fire show that goes kitchen-to-kitchen to share nutrition and food preparation tips. The So Many Kids group does a similar Facebook live kitchen-to-kitchen show that is kid-led, only an hour in length, and includes easy cooking demos, and includes real-time question and answer session. As an added bonus…Brenda Davis, RD also does a great write-up to go along with the recipe document provided to our viewers.

These little chefs will inspire you and your own kids to eat healthy and learn how easy it can be to prepare plant-base meals.  The recipes are chosen favorites by each kid and they like to also talk about specific nutrition related to the ingredients that they use.
