BBQ tofu is very simple and delicious! My Girls L-O-V-E it!
Ingredients:
1 – 2 blocks of firm tofu, drained
¾ – 1 cup of favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions:
Cut each block of tofu into 8 long rectangle blocks (just like the photo). Slide the tofu onto metal skewers and place on a big plate. Use a silicone brush and coat each side of the tofu.Â
Spray the upper grill rack with vegetable spray. Start the grill and turn heat to about medium. I place the tofu on the grill at around 325 degrees. Check frequently because they do stick when the temperature gets too hot or if they sit on too long. I turn them when marks are just starting to form. You can use the left over sauce to brush on more while cooking. These go great with vegetable kabobs!
