  • 2 apples cut into bit sized pieces
  • ½ – 1 pineapple cut up
  • 1 pint blueberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • ½ cup carrots, either shredded or cut into coins (optional)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves, whole or cut up (optional)
  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix up.
