
This is a very simple recipe that is packed full of antioxidants! It is one of my go-to recipes when preparing dinner at the end of a busy work day.

- 1 big bunch of kale, (any kind), rinse and drained
- 1 container of strawberries
- 1 can of mandarin oranges, unsweetened
- 3 – 4 Tablespoons of low fat raspberry salad dressing
- Destem the kale and add to a big bowl and massage it for about a minute.
- Rinse, drain, and cut up the strawberries.
- Drain the oranges and add to the bowl along with the rest of ingredients
- Mix it all together & enjoy!
