This is a very simple recipe that is packed full of antioxidants! It is one of my go-to recipes when preparing dinner at the end of a busy work day.

  • 1 big bunch of kale, (any kind), rinse and drained
  • 1 container of strawberries
  • 1 can of mandarin oranges, unsweetened
  • 3 – 4 Tablespoons of low fat raspberry salad dressing
  1. Destem the kale and add to a big bowl and massage it for about a minute.
  2. Rinse, drain, and cut up the strawberries.
  3. Drain the oranges and add to the bowl along with the rest of ingredients
  4. Mix it all together & enjoy!
